Degustation to your Door with chef Matt Dillow of Deck Café, Lovedale with dessert experience brought to you by Sabor Dessert Bar supporting Hunter Medical Research Institute
The wonderful Matt Dillow and his team created the innovative Degustation to your Door experience to ensure we didn’t miss out on amazing food during the COVID-19 lockdown phase. Now, he’s chosen to dedicate his last Degustation to your Door of 2020 to support HMRI, generously donating $30 from each order to help fund life-changing medical research. Tamburlaine has joined the party with $10 from each matched six pack of wines.
A delicious 5 course degustation dinner – your pre-prepared food hamper delivered nearby on Friday (or Saturday morning), with chef Matt giving a live cooking demo on the night.

Gather your friends/family to join you online or at home to share in this truly unique dining experience. And then contact Matt and the team to place your order.
Matt will appear as if by magic via Facebook Live to guide you to finish off and plate up each course like a pro. There are also instructions provided with your food pack. You get a cooking class as well as dinner.
When: Saturday 8 August
Time: From 5pm, first course cooking via Facebook Live, followed by course instructions.
