This observational study is designed to enhance our understanding of the factors assocaited with the development of servere brochiolitis in infants aged < 24 months, presenting to JHH/JHCH for care.

The primary objective is to collect data, including the descriptive characteristics and clinical outcomes relating to treatment, safety, and diagnostic accuracy in order to identify risk factors for severe disease and generate hypotheses for future studies. The economic implications of care will also be examined.
