Transition of HDHK program from researcher-run model to a community-run model over 12 months.

Program centred around weight loss, improved health and lifestyle behaviours for fathers and families participating in HDHK programmes in the Maitland, Cessnock, Scone, Singleton and Muswellbrook areas.
