Better treatments for better quality of life
Associate Professor Anoop Enjeti is a haematologist and HMRI Precision Medicine researcher who is currently overseeing 30–35 clinical trials.
Of course, these trials cannot happen without the support of our community and people like you who generously donate.
When you donate to HMRI, you are investing in some of our nation’s best researchers who dedicate their lives to find treatments for people to continue to live their lives, cancer free. We thank you for your continued support.
Become a Patient Advocate to Support Leukaemia Research
Associate Professor Heather Lee’s acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) research team from Hunter Medical Research Institute’s Precision Medicine Research Program are working hard to find better treatments for leukaemia and myelodysplasia. They work with a team of Patient Advocates like Sarah Lukeman and Anna Steiner to make sure their research stays focused on the needs of people living with leukaemia.
Please click here to express your interest in becoming a Patient Advocate. You don’t need to answer every question, but please indicate how we should contact you. A member of the research team will be in touch to discuss the opportunity further.
Thank you for being an incredibly important part of our team.
With your support, our researchers can focus on transforming the health and wellbeing of people in our communities.
Our discoveries are already shaping the way the world understands several major illnesses and are improving lives everywhere. We simply could not do this without your help.
