We Get All The Details On The Recently Approved Covid-19 Vaccine

So, it looks like Australia has finally received provisional approval from the therapeutic goods administration for the Covid 19 vaccine, which invites a whole lot of questions from anxious Australians. 

Luckily, Nick, Jess & Ducko were on hand to chat with viral immunologist and associate professor at the University of Newcastle, Nathan Barlett about what to expect. 

We find out why Australia has received a different vaccine to the US, why the UK received approval first and how exactly the immunisation was tested before public distribution was given the green light. 

Apparently our regular GPs will not be permitted to administer the vaccine, so the team find out where we can go to receive it, who is eligible to receive the first vaccinations and why we will need two separate vaccines.
