Made up of community leaders, the HMRI Foundation drives fundraising initiatives and provides philanthropic support for important health and medical research projects at the Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI).
Reporting to the HMRI Board, Foundation members – and Foundation subcommittees including the Sydney Foundation, Special Events Committee and the HMRI Ambassador Network – volunteer their time and expertise to help foster community engagement, raise awareness, and secure critical funding for HMRI.
By investing their time and effort into supporting fundraising and business development efforts of HMRI, the Foundation plays a key role in taking health further for our communities.
