HMRI researcher, and Hunter New England Health ICU registered nurse Dr Jessica Stokes-Parish shows us how to correctly wear a face mask to reduce the risk of contracting COVID-19.
With face masks currently mandatory in Victoria, health officials are also encouraging those in other parts of Australia to wear a face mask in the instance where you can’t physically distance, to further mitigate your risk of contracting COVID-19.
HMRI researcher, health educator and Hunter New England ICU registered nurse Dr Jessica Stokes-Parish shows us how to correctly don a face mask as well as provide some helpful advice on the best materials and practices for making your own face masks at home.
