Dr Frank Baffour is a criminal justice social worker and lecturer in the School of Humanities, Creative Industries and Social Sciences at the University of Newcastle, Australia.

He holds a PhD in criminal justice social work. Dr Baffour has received prestigious awards such as the James Cook University Excellence Doctoral Research Thesis Medal and passed his PhD thesis with cum laude (rated within the top 5% of PhD candidates worldwide).
