Dr Josh Secomb specialises in evaluating and enhancing the physical capacities that underpin technical skill execution in athletic performance.

His research primarily centres on exploring the intricate relationships between the performance capacities and key skills, aiming to identify optimal methods and strategies for enhancing these.

With over 10 years of industry experience as a strength and conditioning coach and sport scientist, Josh has worked across a variety of professional and Olympic team and individual sports, as well with tactical personnel and adolescent athletes.

This allows him to implement and leverage pragmatic research strategies in these diverse environments. Josh’s overarching goal is to elevate the knowledge of a variety of practitioners to facilitate evidence-informed decision-making targeted at enhancing athletic performance and achieving competitive success.
