Kevin Gilmore-Burrell is a solicitor working in employment and work health and safety law since 2000. Kevin has been researching workplace bullying behaviour change interventions since 2012.

Kevin has developed the Empathyse web-based workplace bullying solutions program with the aim of conducting randomised control trials to determine the efficacy of those interventions.
