Art for Impact is HMRI Foundation’s signature celebration of creativity, community, and world-leading medical research. Building on the success of the 2021 and 2024 Art Series Exhibitions, this expanded three-day event brings together Newcastle’s vibrant art community and HMRI’s mission to Discover Local. Cure Global.
Across the weekend, guests can experience a curated program of activities including our Opening Night event, Draw and Pour Workshop, culminating in the highly anticipated Long, Long Luncheon and the HMRI Art for Impact online auction. Every artwork and every ticket purchased helps fund groundbreaking medical research that directly improves the health and wellbeing of our community in the Hunter and beyond. The online auction will be live from Friday 6th March.

The Long, Long Luncheon is the heart of the weekend and a celebration of generosity, connection, and the power of art to transform lives through medical research.
