The Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI) Research Council is committed to driving research excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring HMRIโs research delivers real world impact.
The Research Council is led by the Institute Director and CEO and consists of representatives from each of HMRIโs Research Programs, ensuring a wide diversity of expertise, and representation from both academic and clinical researchers.
As national and international experts in their fields, our Research Council members ensure that HMRIโs research remains high-quality and relevant to our communities.
HMRI would like to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and live, the Awabakal and Worimi peoples, and pay our respects to Elders past and present. Weย recognise and respect their cultural heritage and beliefs and their continued connection to their land.
