Pilot of an online food and nutrition education program to improve teacher wellbeing

Pilot of an online food and nutrition education program to improve teacher wellbeing

Previous research in teacher health and wellbeing is limited in its consideration of the food and nutrition practices and how they can influence an individual teacher’s overall health and wellbeing.

This study aims to pilot a series of online interactive education modules focused on improving individual teacher food and nutrition practices for improved wellbeing outcomes.

Participants must be

  • Aged 18 years or over
  • Have access to a compute
  • Currently working as classroom teacher/and or school executive from the primary or secondary school level anywhere across Australia.

*All participants are asked to use their professional (school) email address to verify that they are practising teachers or school leaders.

Participants are asked to complete three modules along with the baseline and follow up questionnaires. (The course is estimated to run over approximately for a total work time to complete all modules and questionnaires of approximately 4 hours).
