Leah Gabolinscy is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Videri Australia, a leading provider of dementia care in Australia. She is a senior executive with more than 25 years’ experience leading transformation across healthcare, aged care and social infrastructure, working across ASX-listed, private equity-backed and government-contracted organisations.

Leah’s executive career includes Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director of IVF Australia within Virtus Health Group, and five years at Ramsay Health Care as Group Chief Transformation Officer and CEO of the Newcastle hospital network.

Throughout her career, Leah has led large-scale operational and cultural change in complex, highly regulated environments. She has held profit and loss accountability at significant scale, led substantial workforces and contract teams across multiple jurisdictions, and worked extensively with private equity investors, government agencies and regulators to deliver sustained organisational reform.

Leah holds a Master of Business Administration (Distinction) from the University of Newcastle, a Bachelor of Management from Federation University, and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
