Dr Madeline King has a Bachelor of Biomedical Science with Honours, majoring in Advanced Medical Research, and Doctor of Philosophy (Medicine) from the University of Newcastle.
During Dr King’s studies, she gained professional experience and has worked extensively in the pursuit of advancing medical research and improving healthcare outcomes. Dr King joined the Cancer Signalling Research Group, working under the leadership of Professor Matt Dun, in June 2026 as a Research Scientist/Assistant. Dr King’s research is directed toward investigating Diffuse Midline Glioma.
