Identification of therapy-resistant cells driving relapse in Medulloblastoma through integrated spatial transcriptomics and tissue imaging

Developing precision melanoma diagnostics using spatial sequencing, tissue imaging and machine learning

Modulating metabolic and immune pathways by targeting EHMT2 in pancreatic cancer

Dr Tuan Vo is focused on developing and implementing single-cell and spatial multi-omics platform capability within the Cancer Signalling Research Group, to provide unique and expert analysis of human and animal-modelled DIPG.

Tuan’s work will identify changes in tumour cells and the regulators driving cancer progession and therapy response.
